If you’re a fan of that niche, posh sounding underground sound full of sample slicing and rappers’ rappers rapping on top, you’re in luck today. Ab-Soul, Raekwon and Freddie Gibbs have come together to display their exceptional pen over a Statik Selektah beat for their new collaboration ‘Champagne Wishes.’
The song is part of a larger story in the sense that it will be part of Statik Selektah’s upcoming album Expensive Taste, which is scheduled for release on November 6th, 2026.
If you’re wondering what features you can expect on the album, think of Joey Bada$$, 2 Chainz, Westside Gunn, Stove God Cooks, Bruiser Wolf, M.O.P., Nems, Killer Mike, Styles P & more. This is in addition to the artists on the latest single.
Speaking of which, you can relish a sip of that expensive taste with the first instalment that can be heard below!
